Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd Terms & Conditions:

• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd, including its representatives, drivers, and employees, does not accept any responsibility or liability for any act, loss, damage, or expense of any nature, whether caused by man, third parties, or an act of God (including hail, storms, or other natural events), suffered directly or indirectly in connection with the use of our services.
• Vehicles are parked at the client’s own risk, and parking is in open-air areas unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Clients accept that once the vehicle is handed over to any driver, employee, or agent of Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd, they retain full responsibility for their vehicle at all times.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd disclaims all liability for damage caused by third parties, including other vehicles, road hazards, or any events outside our control.
• In the event of damage caused while we are driving the vehicle (e.g., during transfer to our facility), clients acknowledge that they maintain full responsibility for their vehicle and agree to waive any subrogation claims against Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd.
• Clients acknowledge and accept that vehicles are driven on public roads at their express request, and Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for:
  o Stone chips, scratches, minor dents, or general wear and tear
  o Tyre punctures or damage caused by road hazards
  o Damage to rims or wheels from objects on public roads
  o Windscreen chips, cracking, or running of stone chips due to weather, washing, or heat expansion
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for mechanical, electrical, or computer faults, including but not limited to:
  o Engine, gearbox, or drivetrain failures
  o Window mechanisms, door handles, seat adjusters, mirrors, or other internal components
  o Battery failure or faults arising from vehicles standing for long periods or requiring jump-starting
• Minor scratches, dents, washing scuff marks, or damage caused by other vehicles or public interactions are considered general wear and tear and will not be acknowledged as a claimable damage.
• Clients acknowledge that vehicles are washed and interiors tidied, weather permitting, and that Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for any incidental damage caused during cleaning.
• Vehicles must be roadworthy, licensed, and mechanically safe. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicles do not break down while in our care. Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd cannot accept liability for delays or damages arising from mechanical failure.
• Clients release and forever discharge Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd, including its staff, drivers, and management, from any claims, demands, actions, or legal proceedings of any kind arising prior to, on, or after the date of signing, including personal injury or property damage, whether direct or indirect, known or unknown.
• Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and view them as a binding contract between themselves and Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd.
• Clients further acknowledge a complete and total waiver of subrogation, meaning they (and their insurers) cannot pursue Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd for any claims arising while the vehicle is in our care, including acts of God, third-party actions, or any incidental damage.

I/we hereby release and forever discharge for myself/ourselves/itselves, my/our/its heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, Dynamic Airport Parking, its staff and Management of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of law or in equity of whatsoever kind of nature, for or because of any matter or thing done, omitted or suffered to be done by Dynamic Airport Parking, its staff and Management prior to and including the date hereof, and particularly on account of all injuries, both to person or property resulting, or to result from damages incurred whether directly or indirectly by Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and accept the Contractual Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd as well as the insurance obligation of Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd and therefore view these terms as a Binding Contract between us and I hereby acknowledge a complete and total waiver of subrogation in the acceptance hereof.
