TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd, its representatives, drivers, employees do not accept any responsibility whatsoever and disclaims any liability for any act, loss, damage of any nature, whether man made or act of God, expense or the consequence thereof which may be suffered as a result of or which may be attributed whether directly or indirectly to the use of the services of Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd, its representatives, drivers, employees do not accept any responsibility whatsoever and disclaims any liability for any damages, loss of any nature caused by a Third Party and you accept full responsibility for your vehicle in such instances.
• In the event of third party damage whereby a vehicle drives into your vehicle while being driven by us or directly or indirectly causes us to have an accident while driving your vehicle, you accept hereby that you maintain full responsibility for your vehicle as per our Terms & Conditions as we are driving the vehicle to our facility as instructed by you. You therefore acknowledge a complete and total waiver of subrogation in the acceptance hereof.
• Once you hand over the keys of your vehicle to any driver, employee or employer of Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd, you automatically accept and acknowledge that you retain full responsibility for your vehicle and indemnify Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd of any claim and insurance claim whatsoever. You, the client hereby acknowledge that you are leaving your vehicle with Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd by your free will and totally at your own risk.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility whatsoever for stone chips to windscreens and or body paintwork while we are driving the vehicle. The client acknowledges that we drive on the roads with other road users at your request in order to store the vehicle at our facility and cannot be held liable for other vehicles shooting up stones onto bodywork or glass.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility whatsoever for stone chips or damage to rims or tyre damage or tyre punctures while we are driving the vehicle. The client acknowledges that we drive on the roads with other road users at your request to store the vehicle at our facility and cannot be held liable for sharp objects, nails, screws which cannot be seen or avoided by us while driving on a public road.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility whatsoever for sequential loss caused from smooth tires or engine/gearbox problems or mechanical problems of any sort. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the vehicle you are handing over is roadworthy, licensed, mechanically safe and you are therefore solely responsibility to ensure that our time and resources are not wasted with breakdowns of any sort. Such breakdowns we take no responsibility for whatsoever and you thereby acknowledge that there is no way we can check the mechanical condition of a vehicle and will not be liable in any way for any kind of mechanical breakdown whatsoever.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for faulty window mechanisms, windows not closing or opening due to mechanical failure or wear & tear.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for door handles, seat shift handles, window mechanisms or window buttons, rear view mirrors falling off or anything of the sort. Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) will in no way at all acknowledge such damage where we are being set up by the client handing us faulty or poorly repaired equipment destined to break at any moment.
• Minor scratches to bodywork, scratches to the bottom of bumpers, scratches to side sills, stone chips, washing scuff marks, dents and scratches to rims, minor dents and scratches to body and paint done by other car doors at shopping centers, will be referred to as “General wear and tear damage” and will in no way be acknowledged by Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd.
• Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for windscreens, stone chips to windscreens or running (cracking) of stone chips due to weather variances or washing of the windscreen and you hereby acknowledge that Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd is in no way responsible for the windscreen glass reacting to weather or water.
  You therefore unconditionally acknowledge and accept that stone chips run randomly on different road services or when the vehicle builds up cabin pressure which still happens when a vehicle is standing in shade because in extreme heat it still gets very warm inside the closed up vehicle under the shades.

I/we hereby release and forever discharge for myself/ourselves/itselves, my/our/its heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, Dynamic Airport Parking, its staff and Management of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of law or in equity of whatsoever kind of nature, for or because of any matter or thing done, omitted or suffered to be done by Dynamic Airport Parking, its staff and Management prior to and including the date hereof, and particularly on account of all injuries, both to person or property resulting, or to result from damages incurred whether directly or indirectly by Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and accept the Contractual Terms and Conditions of Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd as well as the insurance obligation of Dynamic Airport Parking (Pty) Ltd and therefore view these terms as a Binding Contract between us and I hereby acknowledge a complete and total waiver of subrogation in the acceptance hereof.
